I often buy sausages called Perrugine...You see them here, the 3 on top. I saw another type of sausage that I asked the butcher about...I heard him say beef and lamb...It is the long thin one. I think he knew I wouldn't like it...He gave me one for free. He was right...I found it strong and dry....so that is that.
