These photos are from this area where I am staying. They consider this as a "marais".  I am thinking it might flood at times. It is very green and all divided up for horse grazing. It is frosty on cold mornings with a mist. It is very close to the Seine River. I take every back road to see what I can see...The trick is to be quick to pull over or turn around. Most of the roads are one lane. The few people I have run into have always been nice. All roads seem to lead to the river.
