Honeymoon Cape Cod early June 1991 or 1992 can't remember the year.

 I only ever had one honeymoon.

We had one week in a Time Share in Harwichport...It was cold and rainy. We didn't have the time share the first night so we had to find a motel...oh the place we stayed was horrible!!a dive...just so awful but I was exhausted. After all of the stress and excitement of the wedding, my energy was gone...

I love Cape Cod and the East Coast northern shore so I was happy to be going there. There was no swimming but there was a lot of rain and bad weather. I remember cooking Halibut and Lobster. I remember going to Hyannis and going to the little stores and having lunch. 

We did a jig saw puzzle and played cards...we had to stay inside. The time share place was like a motel itself and was all beige inside. For a thrill, they had a spiral staircase to go upstairs. There was a pool but I was not going in...too cold...lots of walks on the beach...miniature golf...

It was not my dream of a honeymoon....foreshadowing the marriage in general.

I love this first photo...so happy the sun is out for a moment...always with a sweater around my waist as I always felt fat...a lifetime of bad self image.
