Compare and Contrast

I eat a little of this dark chocolate, 90%, everyday. ...at about $3 per bar. Bio. ( there is another 90% that seems to fly off the shelf. It is from Nicaragua. I prefer it but it is hard to find.

Tuna...I only eat white tuna ( I know, I am a food snob) I always buy the 2 small cans...two 80 gram

 cans...at about $3.50 for the 2...or buy the 190 gram for about $2.50...that is the size of a regular US can of tuna..Chicken of the sea perhaps...seems much cheaper here. I think the french are not keen on "white" tuna like I am. The regular tuna is very cheap.

These are the eggs I buy...I buy 6...bio, free range, brown, large. ( not sure I see white eggs here) pricey ( $3.40) but years ago, I heard something about not eating products from animals that are stressed out...like cows, chickens...or you are eating their stress along with their flesh...so I try to eat bio and free range. Regular eggs are super cheap...about  $1.30 for 6.

However, I am not rabid with bio. I rarely go to the health food store as it is SO VERY 
expensive.
