Lunch at Davy's. It was hard to find anywhere open as Nov 1 is a holiday in Italy...it was a bit to modern for me, but the clam sauce was very good. I had asked for Tagliatelle with Ragu but the Ragu was finished...
There were a group of Carbinieres in their sharp uniforms having lunch. I didn't see them till they left, as a unit, very briskly and all business in their high boots.
