Easter Lamb and Asparagus

Easter lamb...so cute...he's fogging up his wrapping.
Looks like a traditional German cake at Easter...a lovely thing...recipe below...but you would need a mold I think. I've never seen these before.

from Italy...4.99 euro for a clump. That's a bit lower than usual. France has the most beautiful produce. You know exactly where it comes from. They purchase very local...I would love to see the fields where this is grown in Italy, it might be close.
