Dying for something crunchy

without carbs so I again tried perfecting cottage cheese crackers/chips. I've watched a few videos now so have an idea.

Try 1......awful.....way too much water and was too soupy. Threw it away. ...just awful

Try 2...ok...took maybe 6 minutes in the microwave. I added grated cheese and hot pepper. I strained the cottage cheese and there was still water.

Try 3...I strained the cottage cheese hard in a strainer ( I need cheese cloth) . This time I added wasabi so it is a bit green as you see here. It's pretty good. Not hot, I prefer the cheese and hot pepper...

but I think I succeeded. Maybe wasabi doesn't mix with a milk product. I made a fine mess.
