This brand, " Our regions have talent."...they bring to us, very nice products from all over France...This is from the Jura...Very north east, in the mountains. I will try this on potatoes....sounds incredible with potatoes and sausage. This one is with garlic ( 1'ail) cause I didn't know what the hell it is, I thought, garlic, OK...but I would prefer no garlic. I love finding new things I don't know.
Supposed to be very low in calories but I think this brand might not be as pure as it you got it from the region....but they bring the people all kinds of interesting products. I fear I will try this and it will sit in the fridge for a long time....it doesn't seem like it would be good on a hamburger...not sure what else I can use it with except charcuterie...how often do you think I eat a charcuterie?...rarely and only in Italy.
