Favorite Church in Florence, Santa Croce

I always stay in the neighborhood around Santa Croce as I like to see the church and it is a fun neighborhood. This is a massive church filled with important art. There is a big statue of Dante on the corner closest to this photo. There are no stations of the cross and I was told no one has been buried in any of the tombs ( it is filled with tombs) since the end of WW2 as it was determined unhealthy ( not sure that is the word)...It's interesting to see people try to walk between and never on the tombs on the floor.
