Lumpy Skin Disease

Around 70 farmers gathered in front of the Alpes-Maritimes administrative center at dawn on Tuesday, December 16, to protest the total culling of herds affected by lumpy skin disease. A delegation was received at the prefecture.

I can't believe they even got near the Pref. as it is like Fort Knox. This is where I have to go to deal with my visa...not a fun place...and now, it's no fun and stinky.
